Adele is one of our owners at Salon Escape, she opened the salon in June of 2004 and has helped it grow into the amazing space we have today! Outside of the salon, Adele loves kayaking, travelling, and spending time with her dogs. Adele has been doing hair since 1993 and has loved being able to make people feel beautiful! Her favorite service to do is blonding. She also loves that hair styling is a transformative industry where stylists and clients get to exchange energy. She enjoys helping people feel nurtured and refreshed—not a lot of jobs get to do that!

Brad has been doing hair for over 30 years. Brad loves the combination of design work and color. He strives to choose the perfect cut for every individual client—looking at density, texture, and personal style to create something truly unique. He believes that color can do amazing things for the right cut too! In his free time, Brad loves seeing live performances, including concerts and theatre; he also loves movies and visual art in his spare time! Brad is a people-person and loves interacting with his clients and teammates at the salon. He considers himself very fortunate to get to be creative every day at work, and strives to take care of every guest to the best of his ability!
Bradley is a level 3 stylist.
Cian has been in the hair industry for two years. Her favorite services are balayage, highlighting, and vivid colors. She enjoys getting to know each one of her clients and their wants and and needs to help them accomplish their hair goals. Cian hopes to have each client leave with a bigger smile on their face! In her free time, Cian enjoys hiking the beautiful trails of the PNW, and trying new food and coffee stands all around Washington.

Getting to know her clients and helping them feel bright and beautiful are what drives Janet's career. With nine years of experience, the before-and-after of working is what keeps her coming back to the chair. Away from the salon, Janet loves camping with her family and baking cakes.
Janet is a level 3 stylist.
Jess has been doing hair for almost 2 years. She fell in love with cosmetology in high school, and has always enjoyed doing friends and family’s hair. Jess has always enjoyed helping people look and feel their best, while encouraging their individuality to shine. Working with long and curly hair is what Jess is most passionate about. Her favorite services include color–from natural colors to vivids, balayage, and curly cuts. Some of Jess hobbies include being creative with painting and coloring, spending time with family, and adventuring outdoors. Being a hairstylist, to Jess, means accepting everyone’s individuality while creating a safe space for them to flourish.
Jess is a level 1 stylist.
Kelley has been a hairstylist for 12 years. Kelley loves working with Aveda products and color, and especially loves how customizable they are. Her goal is to make each client look and feel their best. She enjoys getting to work creatively, and feels lucky to have a salon she looks forward to coming to every day. Outside of the salon you'll find her drawing, cooking, or playing with her dog.
Kelley is a level 3 stylist.
Kristen has 32 years of experience as a boss hairstylist. Her favorite services are color, foils, and balayage. What Kristen enjoys most as a stylist is making her clients look and feel good! Making her client’s day is very rewarding to her. When she is not making people look and feel fabulous, she enjoys hanging out with friends, playing tennis, and travelling!

Mandy has been in the hair industry since 2000. she loves creating lived-in blondes and colors to help accommodate clients' unique and busy lifestyles. She believes hair should be the best accessory you own! She loves to work with clients to bring out their unique beauty and personalities. Fine & curly hair is her obsession, and she loves helping clients grow out their hair!
Mandy is a level 3 stylist.
Megan is one of our front desk receptionists. She has been coming to Salon Escape for her hair since 2014 and joined as a staff member in 2021, and she absolutely loves the products and the people. She appreciates that all the stylists are so friendly, and welcoming and are truly a joy to work with. When she’s not in the salon she enjoys performing, sewing, and costume-making!
Olivia is one of our front desk receptionists here in the salon. When she’s not in the salon she enjoys going on hikes and taking in the beautiful views of Washington!
