New Guests 


Please allow some extra time on your first visit to the salon. We appreciate a few extra minutes with you to get to know you better, answer any questions you may have, and go over your service with you. 


Minors 


We do not recommend color services for anyone under the age of 12 years old without prior consultation. For guests ages 12-17 an adult must be present and consent to the services–either in-person or virtually.


Additional Guests 


Due to limited seating, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests with you unless they are also receiving a service. Our salon is conveniently located in Sunrise Village, which has an Anthem Coffee shop, several restaurants, and additional outdoor seating where your guest can relax and wait while you are getting pampered. 


Late Arrival 


We value both your time and our stylists time. We will make every effort to begin your service on time. We understand arriving late is unavoidable at times. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may have to modify your service or reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining appointment time if possible. 


Cancellation/Scheduling Policies


We value your business, and we ask you respect our business and scheduling policies. Please contact our front desk to reschedule any appointments with at least 48 hours notice.

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours in advance may result in a required deposit of 50% of the service price in order to make any future appointments.

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a required deposit of 75% of the service price in order to make any future appointments.

Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than the required notice or no-show appointments may result in forfeiting the deposit payment at the salon's discretion.

Please be advised that continued failure to provide advance notice of a cancellation or continued no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments with our salon. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting our appointment policy to ensure the best experience for all our clients and our stylist team.
